Since 1999 Bee Gees Fever have been wowing audiences across the UK and Europe with their stunning live tribute to the music of the Brothers Gibb.
From the soulful ballads Too Much Heaven and How Deep Is Your Love through to the high energy disco classics such as Stayin' Alive and Night Fever, the band faithfully recreate the songs that have helped make the Bee Gees musical legends over the last four decades. With a full show of over 2 hours, there is something for everyone from every era of the Bee Gees glittering career, and create a striking visual tribute too as they pay tribute to the 'Saturday Night Fever' image of the late 70's.
Unlike some tribute acts, all the songs are performed totally live, no backing tapes or sequences, just five guys, their voices and their instruments. This gives the show a raw energy which will get even the most reserved feet up on the dancefloor.

Genesis were arguably the most layered and complex definers of the progressive rock sound. So recreating their sound as accurately as possible is a big challenge. G2 likes a challenge and this project continues to stretch them in all areas. What is their Ultimate Aim? To provide the audience with the real deal; to deliver the music as accurately as possible, but with live energy. To recreate the visual atmospherics - the 'goose pimple effect'. To deliver a magical evening of Genesis music that levels the floor for one and all. |

With the Young Disciples, Carleen had a surprise success with a dance track called "Apparently Nothin," and they recorded an album, "Road to Freedom," at Paul Weller's studio in London. Paul Weller played guitar on the album, as did keyboardist, Mick Talbot, Weller's band mate from the Style Council.
Courted by several record companies, Carleen chose Virgin Records/Circa label, on which she recorded two solo albums, "True Spirit" and "Blessed Burden."
Paul Weller co-wrote songs on her "Blessed Burden" album which forged a musical kinship that has been a mainstay for Carleen ever since.
For nearly two years, Carleen was lead singer of the popular R'n'B Funk band, the Brand New Heavies.
She has been fortunate enough to be able to perform with a variety of contemporary and legendary performers from Brian Ferry and Leon Ware, to Guru and Omar.
Her 3rd solo album, "Alberta's Granddaughter", recorded independently with Ben Castle, son of former British trumpeter, Roy Castle, is fused with jazz, blues, gospel, funk and soul, with a bit of rock opera as well.
Carleen's musical expressions are her passions for love and harmony and the harsh reality that life makes these accomplishments difficult to attain. But that doesn't stop her from trying.

Support by Beth Rowley |
www :: |
Beth Rowley was born in Lima, Peru in October 1981. When she was 2 years old the family moved back to their home town of Bristol, England.
Although Beth's parents were not professional musicians, they were always playing music around the house, exposing her to many different styles, particularly blues, country, folk, gospel and latin american music. The family would often find themselves singing together accompanied by her dad on the guitar or washboard, largely influenced by Woody and Arno Guthrie.
Having known from a very early age that she was destined to sing Beth started writing and recording music and experimenting with different styles. At 16 she formed 'The Apogee' an original 5 piece funk/soul/acid jazz group. It was during this time that she discovered her real passion for performing, and started to make an impact on the local music scene.
Alongside work with her own band, Beth has performed and recorded with a range of other artists. In the summer of 2004 she toured with Ronan Keating, performing duets and singing his backing vocals at music festivals and television shows across europe and the uk. She carried out similar work with Enrique Iglesias during his 2004 uk record release promotion.
It was through Carleen Anderson that Beth met saxophonist Ben Castle, a much respected musician and composer, well known for his work with Jamie Cullum. Having been highly recommended by Carleen, Beth sang on Ben's album 'Blah Street' a meeting of jazz and electronica and has recently recorded a number of tracks for his follow up album, due out in 2005. |

UmmagummaEarly Pink Floyd Tribute |

Ummagummaa are an aggregation of musical virtuoso's who play the music of the early Pink Floyd, including highlights from the "Live at Pompeii " show.
One of the few Classic Rock tribute bands to deal with the specific early years of a band's musical history (Re Genesis and The Rollin Stoned are the others), Ummagummaa is a project that strives to recreate the feel and atmosphere of early Pink Floyd gigs, right down to the liquid light show of the time.
"We are aiming to focus our attention on the early albums, and the 'Live at Pompeii ' show", says keyboard player Hoagy Davies. "We're are covering stuff from "Piper At The Gates of Dawn", "Saucer Full Of Secrets", "Ummagummaa" of course, "Atom Heart Mother" (the cover of which is used on our posters) and "Meddle". For long time fans, this includes by implication, material written by madcap genius Syd Barrett, including "See Emily Play" and "Astronomy Domine"
Hoagy who's own career boasts touring world wide with Soft Machine, Lou Reed, PFM, Keith Emerson, Camel and John Cale, plays all the authentic keyboard parts. He is joined by drummer Geoff Cooper (Broken English/Counterfeit Stones), Ian Ellis on bass (Clouds/Pete Townsend/Steve Hackett) and guitarist Chris Staines (Steeleye Span/Geno Washington/ASM) on guitar.
"For a band that has sold millions of albums, a lot of fans missed the early years", adds drummer and Floyd expert Geoff Cooper "In many respects it was a defining era, because although Syd Barrett left, the band's style right down to the on stage ambience and light show, was defined in those early years. Also this show is the only representation of The Floyd as they were before becoming the million selling chart band. As in the old days, we take musical chances and try and retain the spontaneity of those early happenings".

"2 tonic arrived on stage and lifted the atmosphere up a few more notches until at one stage it seemed as though every person in the room was dancing at the same time. Even the people stood around the edges seemed to be bouncing up and down, whether they wanted to or not. Humberside seismic investigators later recorded a disturbance registering 3.2 on the Richter scale."

G2. Definitive Genesis performed live, perfectly and with passion. The seed of G2 can be traced back to 1997 and they truly capture the sound, energy and atmosphere of Genesis with fervour and sincere feeling. This is an incredible tribute.
You have got to be a little mad (some would say insane) about music to create a tribute band like this.
