How To Buy Tickets
terms...
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. However, if a show sells out completely, and you contact us in good time, and get the tickets back to the box office, we will be happy to try to re-sell the tickets on to another customer on your behalf. If we are able to re-sell the tickets for you, we will then refund the face value of the tickets.
buy early...
Many of our shows sell out before the night, so we strongly advise that you purchase your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Many of the recent shows have surprised us, that they have sold out so quickly. The Brook Accepts all major credit and debit cards.
online sales ...
At last we have online sales. Wherever you see the logo you can click it and it will take you to a secure site which deals with our online ticketing. They are "virtual" tickets, meaning that you will be given a confirmation number. Bring the email with the confirmation number with you to the venue on the night, along with suitable identification. When you arrive at the The brook, we will match your name and number to the list that we have. One good feature about this service, is that you can re-allocate tickets, so if you buy a group of tickets, you can re-allocate them to the different members of the group. This may be useful if you would like to arrive separately.
If a show is not available online, it may not be completely confirmed, check with the venue on 023 8055 5366.
If the tickets that you have clicked on are not available when you get to "We Got Tickets", this means the gig has been added out of office hours and will be available on the next working day. This is should be reassuring, as the site is run by humans not by robots.
As with all online ticket sales, there is a booking fee, but we thought that this company offered the best deal to our customers. We at the Brook hope that you enjoy this new, hassle free method of buying tickets for our events.

What do I do if a show gets cancelled?
If you bought tickets on-line from We Got Tickets, you should have received an email from them informing you that the gig has been cancelled. You need to email them back, requesting a refund. You need to include in the email your name, your postcode, your booking reference number, and the number of tickets that need to be refunded. If you have any problems, email them with the problem. To contact We Got Tickets click here ::
If you bought the tickets from us at the box office, and we are holding the tickets, you will get a call from us on the number that you left when you booked the tickets to arrange a refund or exchange. If you are holding the tickets, you should contact the box office to arrange a refund or an exchange.
If the tickets are for an outside promoter show, for example, The Joiners, and you have bought your tickets from another outlet, e.g. The Guildhall or SeeTickets, you should contact the seller direct.
