Regarding Covid-19: Thu 26th March 2020
The warmest of well wishes from our Brook family to yours. We want to thank you for all the messages of support we have had this past week. Yes, it is a terrible blow to the business but we are conscious that this is a trying time for everyone. For many small businesses and individuals, we are in this together. We are going to do our best to weather the storm and the number one way to support us at this time is to follow guidance so that we protect the vulnerable and our emergency services as much as possible. Then, we will be ready to host you with open arms and never again should we take for granted the freedom to gather together and party!
We would like to send a special message of appreciation to all of our customers that are supporting the public right now, especially the NHS and emergency services – but also the shop workers, delivery drivers etc helping us all. We look forward to seeing you all when the evenings are lighter, the weather is warmer, and the world is a little more familiar.
Stay safe out there,
The Brook Team x
Please Read Regarding Refunds…
Obviously, this is a moving target that we are all dealing with. We are busy rescheduling shows. We will announce each postponement as and when we have a replacement date or a cancellation. It is difficult to assess long-term outlook, but we will endeavour to keep you fully updated on our web-site & on our social media outlets with any changes to events that we have scheduled.
Only once a particular show has been postponed or cancelled can we action any refunds. Once this has happened, and if you can’t make the new date, online ticket refunds via Ticketweb may be requested here.
Follow this link to request a full refund from TicketWeb. For tickets purchased from The Brook box office directly, please contact the box office using the contact form on our website. Please do not contact for refunds before the date has changed as there is nothing that we can do until a cancellation has been confirmed.
We will review Box Office hours this week, as we may need to reduce the service to protect our staff.
