New Year, New Hope…
To you and your kin!
It may not have been the Christmas as we know it but we still want to wish you all a very happy and healthy New Year! We certainly cannot wait to see you in 2021. What a rollercoaster last year has been and not opening our doors at all has been a really difficult decision, and one we definitely haven’t taken lightly! The timing has to be right to ensure safety for all.
We have been busy though making some new additions to the venue, some freshening up plus looking at how we diversify what we offer. Offering more! More choice, more culture, more often. We have a lot of partying to make up for so we are thinking ahead!
Any ticket buyers can be assured that if dates move, tickets are still valid or you can get a refund. Happy New Year to one and all!
Regarding Covid-19 & Shows – Updated: January 2021
Please Read Regarding Reschedules / Refunds…
Obviously, this is a moving target that we are all dealing with. We are busy rescheduling shows. We will announce each postponement as and when we have a replacement date or a cancellation. It is difficult to assess long-term outlook, but we will endeavour to keep you fully updated on our web-site & on our social media outlets with any changes to events that we have scheduled.
Only once a particular show has been postponed or cancelled can we action any refunds. Once this has happened, and if you can’t make the new date, online ticket refunds via Ticketweb may be requested here.
Follow this link to request a full refund from TicketWeb. For tickets purchased from The Brook box office directly, please contact the box office using the contact form on our website. Keep hold of your tickets, and we will be able to process refunds once we get the box office open again. Please do not contact for refunds before the date has changed as there is nothing that we can do until a cancellation has been confirmed.
We will review Box Office hours as and when Government advice suggests that we can open again, as we need to close the service to protect our staff.
