Where did you buy your tickets?

On-line from TicketWeb

If you bought your tickets on-line from TicketWeb - then the refund process should start automatically without anything for you to do. If you have any problems, you can always fill in a TicketWeb form HERE

Box Office By Phone

If you bought your tickets from The Brook's Box office by telephone, you can call the box office during box office hours, you will need to have the card that you purchased the tickets handy. If the tickets were purchased a while ago, the box office may not be able to handle the refund as the banks have tightened up regulations, so it may need to be passed on to Brook management which may cause a short delay. 

Box Office at the Box Office (You hold the tickets)

If you bought your tickets directly at the box office and hold the tickets, you will need to drop them back and sort the refund or post them back with contact details so we can call you to sort the refund. 

Outside Ticket Vendor

On some shows where an outside promoter has set the show up, they may have put tickets on other outlets like Slkiddle, Gigantic, See etc... If this is the case, you would need to contact the seller directly as we have no control of this.
