automatically transferred and
valid for the new date. If you
can make the new date you don't need to do anything, just pop it in your diary and arrive on the new date. See you on the dancefloor!!

If you bought your tickets on-line from
Ticketweb, then you need to
request a
refund using the form
HERE.
Box Office By Phone
If you bought your tickets from The
Brook's Box Office by
telephone, you can call the box office during box office hours, you will need to have the card that you purchased the tickets handy. If the tickets were purchased a while ago, the box office may not be able to complete the refund as the banks have tightened up regulations on puchases over 30 days ago, so it may need to be elevated on to Brook management which may cause a short delay, we will try to make it as quick as we can.
Box Office bought at the Box Office (You hold the tickets)
If you bought your tickets
directly at the box office and
you hold the tickets, you will need to drop them back and sort the refund or post them back with contact details so we can call you to sort the refund.
Outside Ticket Vendor
On some shows where an outside promoter has set the show up, they may have put tickets on other outlets like Skiddle, Gigantic, See, Dice etc... If this is the case, you would need to contact the seller
directly as we have no control of this. Maybe you should buy from us?
