Voucher T's & C's
In order to redeem your vouchers you must call the The Brook box office on 02380555366 between 1pm and 7pm – Wednesday to Saturday.
We ask that you contact the box office well in advance and let us know which show you would like to attend, so that if tickets then sell out for the show of your choice we will still be able to admit you on the night.
If a show has already sold out when you contact us you will not be able to use your vouchers to attend that show.
Please note – vouchers cannot be used for certain external promoter shows, the box office will be able to confirm this.
You need to present your vouchers at the box office on the night of the event. Admission will be based on the advance ticket price of the event and not on the door price
